Supplemental Regulations (when available)
This event will take place on the combined South/North track at 2.78 miles in length.
This event will be conducted under the 2025 GCR and Category Specifications, as amended for 2025 per "Fast Track" and Supplemental Regulations
Everyone will be required to enter a credit card upon registration. *New for 2025* - payments will process at the time of registration. (Please note this is different than years past when payments were deferred until check-in)
A Digital Smart waiver is required by all attendees. Pittrace Track Waiver will be posted when available.
Entry Fees:
- Majors Entry (One driver, one car): $675
- Includes 3 crew passes (additional crew $10.00)
- Majors Second Entry (same driver, different car): $675
- Compliance fee for SRF3, FE2: $30
- Compliance fee for SM & SMX: $20
- Friday Track Event, Full Day: $450
- Friday Track Event, afternoon only: $300
- Late Registration Fee (walk ups): $50
All participants are required to be members in good standing of the SCCA and have a valid SCCA Full Competition license. Weekend SCCA memberships will be available at registration for a cost of $25.00.
Conference Preferred Majors Numbers will be honored until 14 days prior to the event (April 18, 2025), except when drivers holding the same Preferred Number request that number in the same run group. In that case, the Preferred Number will be assigned to the driver with the earliest entry time. The Chief Registrar will attempt to contact the affected driver by email or telephone.

Garages and Electric Spots:
- A limited number of enclosed garages and paddock spots with electrical connections are available for rent on a first come/first serve basis.
- Rentals are for the duration of the event weekend (Thursday at 6:00 pm through Sunday Evening).
- For 2025, Steel Cities Region is managing the purchase of these spaces within MSR registration for the event.
- These rentals are non-refundable.
- General Camping at the track is included with purchase of garage and electric rentals.
North Track Paddock Spot Reservation:
- A limited number of North Track Paddock Spots are available for reservation.
- Reserved Spots are avalable first come/first serve.
- General Camping at the track is included with purchase of Spot Reservation.
General Camping:
- For 2025, Steel Cities Region is managing the purchase of event camping passes.
- Camping passes are for general camping at the track for the duration of the event weekend (Thursday at 6:00 pm through Sunday Evening).
- General Camping spots are first come/first serve.
Rental Pricing (per spot for duration of the weekend)
Garage: $350
Electric: $155
North Track Paddock Spot Reservation: $35
General Camping: $10
NOTE: Payment for rentals and reservations will be charged with event fees at the time of MSR registration submission!
Track Event: There will be a track event on Friday May 2nd for open practice hosted by Steel Cities Region. You do not need to be registered for the majors to attend the track event.

Registration is on the first floor of the timing tower.

- Friday, May 2nd 7:00am - 11:00am and 5:00pm-8:00pm
- Saturday, May 3rd 7:00am - 11:00am

TIRE SERVICE:
- TIRE VENDORS: TBD
Facility pay-at-the-pump station. There is a Sunoco mandated security program in place that will limit you to three transactions on the same card in one day. If you think you will need more fuel, bring more than one credit card.
- Leaded 110 Octane
- Unleaded 100 Octane
- Premium Unleaded 93 Octane (There are two pumps with 93 octane. They are dispensed from different tanks but are the same fuel)
A dedicated line for registration will be available for drivers holding a 2025 U.S. Majors Tour Series Registration card
Express Tech is available at registration for U.S. Majors Tour cardholders with a current Annual, a 2025 gear tech, and no notations in the vehicle logbook. Eligible cardholders must produce the vehicle logbook (with gear inspection notation) in order to receive a tech sticker.
Event requirements
*No entry will be considered official until full payment of all fees is received. The credit card on file will be charged upon registration. No refunds will be issued once a driver has turned a wheel on track. Garage and electric rentals are non-refundable. Please contact the Registrar with any questions or issues.
